厦门艾美酒店2023年8月1日任命陈夏迪先生Mr。 Diviki Szabolcs担任酒店行政总厨, 他将带领整个厨师团队为当地餐饮及宾客打造特色创意的美食新体验。
Mr。 Diviki Szabolcs has been appointed as Executive Chef at Le Meridien Xiamen, effective from 01 August 2023。 He will lead the entire culinary team to create and present new dining delights and experiences for guests in the local dining scene。
陈夏迪先生Mr。 Diviki Szabolcs来自匈牙利的首都布达佩斯,还是少年时的他就对烹饪拥有无限探索的热情,并有机会在欧洲开始早期的厨房基础知识及传统烹饪方法的学习。Chef Diviki曾师从名厨,并在许多高级餐厅工作,包括著名的米其林一星餐厅Lou Fassum和法国米其林二星餐厅Favencia。他的职业生涯中,还在许多知名酒店品牌,如四季酒店、瑰丽酒店、凯悦酒店和万豪酒店担任总厨。
Born in Hungary’s capital Budapest, Diviki Szabolcs was attracted to the culinary world when he was a teenager and has had the opportunity to learn kitchen basics and the traditional cooking methods early on when he embarked on his culinary journey in Europe。 Chef Diviki apprenticed and worked in many fine dining establishments including the famous 1 Michelin starred restaurant, Lou Fassum and the 2 Michelin starred restaurant, Favencia in France。 His career also took him to collaborate with many renowned hotels such as the Four Seasons, Rosewood, Hyatt and Marriott hotels。

With near 30 years of culinary and team management experience in both social and hotel catering, Chef Diviki’s multi-cultural food traditions background and his ability to create and inspire new and time tested dishes has propelled him to the forefront of the dining scene。
